Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Trauma Association of Canada (TAC) will be held Wednesday April 14, 2021 at 1415-1530 EDT live via Zoom.  Members and Affiliates of TAC are encouraged and invited to attend. Proxy voting is available for Members (Affiliates are unable to vote) if  you are unable to join the Zoom call live and wish for another Member to vote for you in your absence.  You can download the Proxy form HERE.

The form must be received in the TAC office by April 13, 2021 to be valid. Send the completed form to exec.director@traumacanada.org
