Message to Nova Scotia from TAC President

Message from TAC President

It is with great sadness that all of us at the Trauma Association of Canada (TAC) offer our sincere condolences to all affected by the tragic events in Nova Scotia.

TAC has always enjoyed a special relationship with Nova Scotia – our annual meetings are often in Halifax and we have always had the great pleasure of experiencing fabulous Nova Scotian Maritime hospitality. As well, we have had the great fortune of having many of our best leaders in our organization coming from the great province of Nova Scotia.

Even as an organization made up of multidisciplinary professionals who work daily with trauma, nothing prepares anyone for situations like this.

We know that Nova Scotians will respond as we as Canadians always do – with resilience and strength. The entire TAC community stands together with all Nova Scotians during this time and we look forward to our ongoing relationship as we plan our future meetings and support our regional membership in your great province.

Sincerely,

Dr Tarek Razek
