“Cost of Injury in Canada” report released by Parachute”
03 Jun 2015 18:25 | Anonymous
Parachute is pleased to publish The Cost of Injury in Canada 2015, in collaboration with The Conference Board of Canada and with support from the Public Health Agency of Canada. This Report quantifies the cost of injury to Canadian children, families, our health care system, and to Canadian society. The 2015 Report updates The Economic Burden of Injury in Canada last published in 2009. Using the same methodology, the 2015 Report examines all injuries at the national level, as well as providing provincial breakdowns. New in the 2015 Report are forecasts developed by the Conference Board of Canada that show the potential impact of inaction, as well as what can happen if known, effective interventions are broadly and comprehensively implemented across Canada.

@injurydr: ...so 8 months later, how well do these lessons hold up? #1 - turns out to be more challenging as the months go on; #3 - not sure all day zoom is better, #6 - wouldn't mind having dinner out once in a while https://t.co/eBITnUcTEr
