In recent months, the Board of Directors of the Trauma Association of Canada (TAC) has been made aware of information being distributed without our knowledge, to many individuals, organizations and government officials, with a link to the TAC website advertised (or the implied involvement of TAC) in the form of letters, pamphlets and other communication from Donna Collins, CEO & Consultant from Crystal Clear Transitional Care Inc.

The Trauma Association of Canada wishes to inform the public and our members and affiliates that Ms Collins does not represent TAC in any capacity and furthermore that TAC is not involved with this individual nor has any business with Crystal Clear Transitional Care Inc. TAC in no way endorses any information being released with links to our organization.  Ms Collins has been previously requested by TAC to cease and desist in distributing such information with any links to our Association, but continues to do so. Please disregard any further communication from this individual or Crystal Clear Transitional Care Inc as it relates to the implied endorsement by the Trauma Association of Canada of any information being distributed.
