Accredited/Verified Hospital
Prior to June 2007, the accreditation criteria levels of designation where tertiary, district and primary. Following June 2007 the designation levels changed to Level I, II, III, IV and V. Please refer to the Trauma Centre Accreditation Guidelines, Section 3 - Levels of Trauma Centres.
Trauma Centre Accreditation/Verification is for a period of 5 years. One year extensions can be granted in specific circumstances.
